Deborah Leonard is a senior construction/development executive with 24 years of project development and management expertise in large-scale construction. Her experience has been in commercial, residential, hospitality and institutional real estate markets from the early development phases through construction completion. Her experience in managing the process, through design, scheduling, budgeting, contracting and construction, qualifies her to represent the owner's interests and expectations for the project. Ms. Leonard has demonstrated experience in management disciplines that include budgetary planning, selection and oversight of design teams, preparation of contract bid documents, negotiation of construction trade contracts, project coordination and completion.

She has served as Vice President, Construction, for Rockrose Construction, a New York real estate development firm; Vice President, Lasalle Partners Development Inc., a corporate real estate services firm. Vice President, Construction, Tishman Construction Corporation, a construction management company.
